The DIR-825 Dlink Wireless Simultaneous Dualband N Router uses Quadband technology to support 2.4 GHz & 5 GHz wireless signals at the same time. The DIR-825 is designed for users looking to get a true HD wireless connection experience as this device offers Gigabit routing connectivity that can handle multiple HD video streams throughout the house, while being backward compatible with existing 802.11g and 802.11a products.

This router is ready for the future of the Internet with support for the upcoming move from IPv4 to IPv6. It carries the IPv6 Ready Gold Logo, signifying that it not only supports the IPv6 protocol, but is also compatible with IPv6 equipment from other manufacturers. This transition allows users to change to a 128-bitaddressing system and directly connect to anybody in the world using a unique IP address.
